Our coffee is roasted using a system of Air Roasting, which suspends the beans in the roasting chamber on a bed of hot air creating a very evenly roasted coffee in every batch. The tumbling action caused by the circulating hot air removes the unwanted bitter "chaff" that surrounds each coffee bean. Roasting delicious offee to its optimum roast requires constantly adjusting roast times and temperatures to compensate for different moisture content, density, age and origin of each different coffee.
