Fruity and refreshing with aromas of ginger, oranges and spice with a luscious mouth-feel and flavors of cantaloupe and citrus. The clean finish begs another sip. Winemaker’s otes: Dry Muscat comes together with a succulent Symphony varietal for a most graceful bouquet. A vibrant, fruity Chenin Blanc expands the flavor profile and the balancing of the acidity and the alcohol levels makes this wine a playful, but only sensory version of “sweet”. Learn More
  18. Bitter Creek Winery | Strength

    Bitter Creek Winery | Strength

A delicious citrus delight that melts into a rich, creamy nut finish; an achievement in balance of body and acidity. Blend: Viognier, Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker's Notes: Typically vinified as a sweet, the goal of Viognier in this blend is to permeate the earthy notes of Sauvignon Blanc with its glorious perfume. The Viognier makes good fellows with an expertly aged and delicately managed Vermentino.

Pairings: Rich roasted duck with tarragon, creamy Havarti with apricots and pears, and warm spiced apple pie.

Bitter Creek Wines are a response to our wine family's excitement about blended wines. We take the unique flavors of several grapes and combine them into one wine that unites them for a more expressive taste! Blending a wine is like creating an outfit, it all has to be good, but it is the accessories that make the statement. Just as we believe in Arizona wines, we want to support Arizona artists. Bitter Creek's Tarot Card style labels by Rick Wyckoff are selected to express the unique meaning and emotion evoked by the wine, the artist, and Tarot.

Tasty ripe plums, and rich dark berries give a mouthful of decadent flavor with a length clean earthy finish. Equal blend Primitivo, Motepulciano, Tempranillo, 13% Durif

Winemaker's Notes: Montepulciano's deep color, spicy and plummy flavors reign supreme as bottle age has plumped the tannins, smoothing the experience and allowing us to move through layers of masculine flavor and warm spice.

Pairings: Red sauces with mushrooms and oregano or black forest cake.
