Our gourmet coffee gift baskets are roasted using a system of air roasting which suspends the beans in the roasting chamber on a bed of hot air which creates a very evenly roasted coffee every batch. The tumbling action caused by the circulating hot air removes the unwanted bitter "chaff" that surrounds each coffee bean. Roasting delicious coffee to its "optimum" roast requires constantly adjusting roast times and temperatures to compensate for different moisture content, density, age and origin of each different coffee.

The result is perfectly roasted coffee. Combined with only the very best quality coffee beans available, this translates to Better Tasting Coffee.
