Medjool Date Filling:
2 ¼ cups Medjool Dates (chopped) 1 cup water 2 Tbsp sugar
Mix all in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Cool
Crumb Mixture:
1 ½ cup brown sugar (packed firmly) ¾ cup butter (softened) 1/3 cup vegetable shortening 3 cups Bisquick baking mix 2 ¼ cups quick cooking oats ½ tsp. cinnamon
