(SOME TYPE OF CITRUS OR VINEGAR FOR A SHRUB) SEASONAL: Grapefruit Fleur De Sel: Grapefruit Fleur de Sel is inspired by citrus season. Using French sea salt from local business SEE SALT and organic Arizona grapefruits, this mixer shines with any spirit and makes the perfect Paloma or Margarita. Pichuberry Peach Sour: Pichuberry Peach Sour features raw juice of the global ground cherry. Folded between the layers of ripe peach and fresh lemon, this mixer has a unique depth of flavor. LIME LEAF TONIC: The flavor comes from the leaves of the Mukrat Lime. Paired with a classic tonic recipe for quinine and sugar, this mixer drinks perfectly with any gin or vodka. Iconic Tonic is a balanced combination of sweet and tart with hints of herbaceous citrus. SPICED HONEY: It’s five spices: black pepper, red pepper flakes, ancho chili, cinnamon, and Szechuan pepper. Each spice hits a different part of your palate making for a warm, tangy, rich, honey experience. Made with local honey, it’s perfect with bourbon, rum, coffee, or tea. GINGA SYRUP: Spelled like ninja but with a “G” because it packs a punch of ginger root. True to the ginger flavor, it goes well with vodka or whiskey for your favorite mule. MULBERRY ROSE is a seasonal mixer made during the short and sweet mulberry season in Arizona. Mulberry Rose features farm-fresh Persian mulberries grown by Holiday Farms. Paired with organic rose petal and a touch of citrus, this mixer is a delicate blend of aromatic rose and rich dark berries.  WATERMELON ROSE is a seasonal mixer and is a balanced blend of sweet melon and subtle rose with notes of earthy quinine. Made with freshly juiced watermelons and organic rose petals, this seasonal is perfect for summertime. Mix Watermelon Rose Tonic with any light spirit for a bright and refreshing cocktail or add to sparkling water for a low sugar soda.  COFFEE MIXERS: Salted Cocoa Nibs: Made with Zak's Chocolate cocoa nibs, this mixer has a smooth and velvety body. Hand harvested fleur de sel accentuates the robust cocoa. This Haitian variety of cocoa nib has a flavor profile of tart-like cherry and lightly roasted nuts.
