If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order, or have questions, comments, or concerns, please contact us to discuss how we can help. All refunds and/or returns are issued on a case by case basis and require Sphinx Ranch manager approval.
If needed, someone from our team will contact you for additional payment information and to confirm your order.
OFFICE HOURS are 10AM to 5PM MST Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3 business days unless product is unavailable.
