Cactus Candy Co. Prickly Pear Cactus Jelly

For more than 75 years, Cactus Candy Company has been specializing in manufacturing high quality gourmet specialty foods, including candies, jellies, marmalades and syrups made from prickly pear cactus fruit. In 1996, the company was acquired by the Amelio C. Enterprises, a family-owned and operated business established by Amelio Casciato, whose motto is to “do better.” During the acquisition and to date, Casciato maintained the roots of the Cactus Candy brand and this success led him to manufacture for other local brands. Today, the Cactus Candy line includes Cactus Taffy, Chocolate Bars, Prickly Pear Dressing, Lollipops and even Lemonade. Cactus Candy is still manufactured locally in Arizona, and is sold throughout the state and the country.
