Hot Cocoa Marshmallows by Tracy Dempsey Originals

Tracy Dempsey Originals are the product of Tracey Dempsey’s culinary skill and prowess. A graduate of Scottsdale Community College’s culinary program with experience at some of the valley’s top restaurants including Lon’s at the Hermosa Inn, Gregory’s World Bistro and Cowboy Ciao, Tracey began making her own dessert creations and packaged boutique confections called Tracy Dempsey Originals since 2009. In 2017, Tracey and her husband Chuck opened ODV Wines, a boutique wine shop that shares space with her bakery retail shop in Tempe. Her production kitchen is adjacent to the retail space. In addition to creating her packaged treats, Tracey is happy to fill custom orders such as special occasion and wedding cakes, holiday desserts, and also prepares desserts for local restaurants including AZ88, Nook Arcadia, Garage-East and Uncle Sal’s. She also hosts themed hands-on cooking classes at her kitchen in Tempe.
