Blend of Zinfandel, Sangiovese and Petite Syrah. A medium dry rose Aromas of strawberry, cherry, flowers, hints of ginger and crushed stone. Intense but delicate palate with flavors of watermelon, citrus, and mineral tones. The inherent casual nature of the rosé lends itself to simple lighter fare, such charcuterie, smoked fish or ahi tuna sashimi. It is also quite at home in any picnic basket with cold roast chicken and potato salad, or a rare roast beef sandwich.
