Cinnamon & Coffee Goat Milk Caramels

Since 2014, The Simple Farm has been creating high-quality sea salt caramels using only fresh goats’ milk, tapioca syrup, organic butter, sugar, cream and “lots of love.” Tucked into a quiet neighborhood in Scottsdale, sits three acres of farmland on which Nubian dairy goats, garden beds, and fruit trees thrive. “Unintentional boomers” with very intentional ideas about food and family, Michael and Lylah Ledner turned this three-acre property and turned it into their own refuge from the hustle of city life. The Simple Farm’s original sea salt caramels are a finalist of 2014 The Good Food Awards; the Ledners placed in the top 5 percent out of 1,400 small food producers to win this finalist award. In addition to caramels, the farm is the home of the Lylah Ledner Skincare Collection, a line of natural, green beauty and skin care products designed for older women with mature skin.
