We strive to provide one-on-one, personalized service on every order. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your order, or have questions, comments, or concerns, please contact us to discuss how we can help. All refunds and/or returns are issued on a case by case basis and require Sphinx Ranch manager approval. If needed, someone from our team will contact you for additional payment information and to confirm your order. OFFICE HOURS are 10AM to 5PM MST Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday) unless product is unavailable.
Placing Your Order
Sphinx Date Co. is happy to accept your order over the phone, through the mail, or over the internet. Please provide your full name, present telephone number, all billing information, and an accurate shipping address (if different than the billing address) when submitting your order by phone, mail, or fax.
Orders placed by 4:00pm Mountain Standard Time are usually shipped within 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday). In the case of an unforeseen delay directly pertaining to Sphinx Date Co., we will notify you with the adjusted Date of Shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact date of delivery once a package has left our store. We are happy to provide you with any tracking information, but cannot control the speed at which our shippers will arrive with your order. We strongly suggest that you place an order 1-2 weeks early or choose an Express Shipping Option to ensure that your package arrives in a timely manner.
Product Substitutions, Price Changes, Special Offers
Sphinx Date Co. reserves the right to adjust pricing on products, adjust or change special offers, and make substitutions of products or services with any advertised or non-advertised items of equal value. In addition, we may issue refunds due to, but not limited to, crop failures, product price increases, fuel or energy price changes, misprints, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

We use FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail via USPS for shipping. Packages containing alcohol are restricted from shipping USPS and require adult signature at delivery. Orders are shipped via the ship method selected during online checkout (or phone, retail, fax, or mail order) using providers FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, or in-store pickup. Your selected method may be substituted for a comparable service if necessary. Should there be any delay which requires additional processing someone from our team will contact you directly. Next Day, 2Day, & 3Day Services are available for additional postage. Shipments to foreign addresses and PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii are available for additional postage. All available options to a location are shown during Checkout. In some cases we may need to change your shipping method based on carrier requirements or restrictions.
Standard Shipping Method - Ground Service through FedEx or UPS
5 to 7 Business Days From Date of Shipment. Applicable to Street Addresses - not valid to PO Boxes or certain locations. Price Is Calculated based upon weight and each Individual Shipping Address. Expedited Shipping Options Available (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day) at an additional cost.
Shipping Method for P.O. Boxes – USPS Priority Mail
3 to 5 Business Days From Date of Shipment. May Be Used To Ship Any Order Upon Customer’s Request. Price Varies Per Each Individual Shipping Address, Please Contact for Accurate Quote.
Shipping Wine and Beer – Not available through USPS.
Must Be 21 Years or Older To Order or Receive Wine or Beer. Adult Signature with proof of age is required upon delivery. A $5.50 signing fee is included in your order for alcohol. The signing fee will be added to the first item with alcohol in your order. An adult with identification must be available at delivery. At present, Wine products purchased online may only be shipped to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, DC, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Virgina, West Virginia, and Wyoming. Please contact us at 1.800.482.3283 to discuss local delivery options. This list is subject to change according to laws in each state. We are able to ship Wine to International locations where permitted. A Cold Packaging Shipment Option is Available At An Additional $10. Cold Packaging is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED For Alcohol Shipments In the Summer Months between May and September. A $5.50 Signature Cost/Handling Fee Per Each Individual Shipping Address is REQUIRED For All Wine Shipments. See Standard Shipping Method above. We are unable to ship alcohol through USPS.
Local and Same-Day Delivery in the Phoenix area.
We are happy to hand-deliver a gift or order to a recipient in the Phoenix area. Please call us to arrange delivery. Local Delivery and Same-Day Delivery fees range from $15 and up per delivery address depending upon the recipient location and if Same-Day is requested. Beer and Wine deliveries will only be possible if adult recipient is available to sign for the delivery with proper identification. Please call 800-482-3283 for any additional information.
